The academy
Eight weeks, four disciplines
Every new advisor trains before they touch a client. The academy covers the four disciplines the desk runs on:
- 01Finance — how borrowing really works, and how to use it
- 02Compliance — escrow, registration, anti-money-laundering
- 03Negotiation — under live supervision, on real deals
- 04A paid placement on the desk from week nine
We do not promise specific earnings. Commission tiers are contractual; income depends entirely on performance.
